What you will do

  • Onboard leagues, federations, and partners onto hirify.global products.
  • Set up and support streaming integrations and the GeniusIQ analytics platform.
  • Configure technical setups and manage timelines to ensure smooth project delivery and handover.
  • Deliver comprehensive product training to internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Commercial teams.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and resolve or escalate client technical issues.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of how sports competitions operate across various leagues and formats.
  • Experience onboarding users or clients onto technical products or platforms.
  • Knowledge of video streaming fundamentals, including codecs, resolution, and delivery protocols.
  • Ability to work with APIs and interpret technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Monday.com.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
