What you will do

• Analyze manufacturer device datasets using advanced statistical methods to quantify outcomes and identify responder profiles.
• Design and execute real-world evidence (RWE) analyses, including cohort construction, risk adjustment, and longitudinal follow-up.
• Lead HEOR evidence generation to quantify the device's clinical and economic value for payers and providers.
• Translate findings into peer-reviewed publications, protocols, analysis plans, and evidence reports.
• Present research findings internally and represent the organization at scientific congresses.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in stroke neurorehabilitation outcomes research and defining clinically meaningful endpoints.
• Proven ability to execute RWE studies using heterogeneity of treatment effect approaches.
• Experience generating HEOR evidence, including healthcare utilization and cost analyses.
• Strong scientific writing capability with a record of first-author peer-reviewed publications.
• Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• PhD, ScD, DrPH, or MS in Data Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Biomedical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Scientist or Data Scientist.
• Deep expertise in causal inference using observational healthcare data (e.g., propensity methods).
• Proficiency in SQL and Git with experience building scalable, reproducible analytics pipelines.
• Proven track record of translating evidence into product roadmap decisions.
