What you will do

• Own and operationalize end-to-end SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to drive pipeline impact.
• Create scalable playbooks and experimentation frameworks for AI-driven search best practices.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, including prompt libraries, automation scripts, and structured data processes.
• Manage keyword strategy, search intent mapping, and on-page optimization across all content types.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits to ensure crawlability, indexing, and site health.
• Develop performance dashboards connecting organic visibility to MQLs, SQLs, and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of SEO experience with a record of organic growth, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and indexing.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Experience developing generative search optimization and AI-driven visibility strategies.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Revenue Operations teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automation, scripting, or programmatic SEO approaches.
• Experience driving organic growth within growth-stage SaaS organizations.
• Background in experience management or customer experience.
