What you will do

• Manage and post on affiliate platforms such as LTK and ShopMy on behalf of talent.
• Edit, refine, and monitor the performance of social media content.
• Analyze posting cadence to optimize clicks and conversion rates.
• Research current social media trends to brainstorm creative content ideas.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase creator monetization across various platforms.
• Facilitate authentic audience engagement through timely social posts.

Requirements

• Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior college student.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or above.
• Commitment of at least 15 hours per week.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
