What you will do

• Analyze provider engagement pipelines to identify high-value targets and optimize trial match rates.
• Optimize direct-to-patient channels by analyzing conversion, costs per enrollment, and funnel drop-off points.
• Build data-driven reports and simple models to facilitate strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
• Prepare executive briefing notes and slide decks for meetings with pharma partners, providers, and investors.
• Lead specific strategic workstreams and collaborate across Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct market intelligence research on the patient recruitment landscape in the US and Germany.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly analytical field (Engineering, Economics, Business, or Statistics).
• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a growth role in a high-growth startup.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience interpreting funnel and channel metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work directly with C-level executives.
• Based in Istanbul, Turkey.
