What you will do

• Analyze large, complex data sets representing millions of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational questions.
• Provide actionable recommendations from game data to shape features, game economies, and future product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal departments to derive insights that drive monetization and retention improvements.
• Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness of key business metrics and player experiences.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of analytical work experience, preferably in web, mobile, or the online gaming industry.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex data sets.
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and Vertica.
• Experience with statistical tools and models such as R or SAS.
