What you will do

• Lead and execute high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, DMADV, and Lean methodologies to improve quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify improvement opportunities aligned with business goals and quantify benefits.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams through problem-solving, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Develop project charters, timelines, and metrics; track and report progress to leadership.
• Apply advanced tools like hypothesis testing, regression, DOE, control charts, and risk analysis.
• Mentor Green Belts and teams; promote data-driven culture and integrate improvements into operations.

Requirements

• Project Duration: Until 12/31/2030
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Six Sigma or Lean projects with quantified results.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams; excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, Excel, or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, logistics, or regulated industries.
• Lean certification or implementation experience.
• Familiarity with change management and coaching Green Belts.
