What you will do

• Evaluate supplier parts across various commodities.
• Assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality through inspections and audits.
• Manage non-conforming material entries and validate quality incidents across plants.
• Gather and analyze statistical data regarding failures, defects, and quality issues.
• Implement robust containment actions and coordinate sorting or rework orders.
• Execute problem-solving tools to deploy effective corrective actions and meet KPI targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in the Automotive Industry (quality, QA, or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of product/process audits according to VDA, IATF16949, and/or ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in non-conforming processes and material management.
• Fluent English (Conversational level).
• Availability to rotate shifts.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011.
• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing).
