What you will do

• Lead complete planning and implementation phases for complex production equipment, tools, and assembly systems.
• Analyze, conceive, and implement assembly structures and processes to reduce costs and F-time.
• Develop technical RFQs for equipment and assembly tools, including selection, design, and sourcing.
• Develop assembly and test processes and execute FMEAs.
• Manage projects through controlling, date monitoring, and defect documentation.
• Represent the Project Planning department in multidisciplinary forums and workshops (3P and ramp-up).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience at an OEM.
• Substantial expertise in automotive planning fields such as assembly, factory planning, paint shop, or body shop.
• Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards and Kanban systematics.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CATIA and Layout HLS.
• German language skills at A2 level.
