What you will do

• Lead discovery, design, and configuration phases of customer ERP implementations.
• Analyze and map customer business processes and legacy data to hirify.global ERP system.
• Perform data validation after conversion of master and transactional data.
• Configure and customize ERP systems per client needs and best practices.
• Identify and document requirements for software design, reports, interfaces, and processes.
• Provide customer support, address concerns, and collaborate with project managers, data teams, and specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting/finance, information systems or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years hands-on SaaS ERP implementation experience, preferably GovTech/municipalities
• Domain knowledge in ERP areas like Core Financials, HRMS/Payroll; utility billing/community development a plus
• Technical proficiency in Excel, basic SQL scripting
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills to explain technical concepts
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites; valid driver’s license
• Manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment, work independently, meet deadlines
