What you will do
- Analyze customer requirements and business objectives to optimize SAP B1 application usage.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and investigate resolutions for issues within core modules and AddOns.
- Conduct training sessions and present new features or modules to customers.
- Provide practical workarounds for identified application challenges.
- Perform and support SAP Business One upgrades.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of SAP Business One core modules and AddOns.
- Extensive experience in SAP Business One support and implementation.
- Proficiency in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
- Background in IT consulting.
- English: C1 level (excellent written and spoken).
- Spanish: Required.
