Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annual base

What you will do

• Lead technical design and development of scalable Mendix applications, including workflows, integrations, and data models.
• Serve as lead developer on projects, breaking down designs into tasks and enforcing standards.
• Optimize performance, usability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into platform decisions balancing speed, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Mentor developers and identify expansion opportunities for client value.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and currently residing in the US
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Advanced Mendix development expertise, including applications, workflows, data models, and automation
• Strong system design for process-driven applications
• Consulting or client-facing experience
• Experience mentoring developers and working in Agile/Waterfall environments

Nice to have

• 5+ years of Mendix development
• Advanced/Expert Mendix Certifications
• Experience with other low-code platforms (Power Apps, OutSystems, Appian)
