Location: On-site in San Jose, CA. Work Authorization: US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
Salary: $164,500 – $193,530 per year

What you will do
- Lead the Supplier Engineering team in completing project deliverables including pFMEA, Process Validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and Process Capability Analysis.
- Manage the portfolio of Supplier Change Notifications (SCNs) and assess their impact on business requirements.
- Partner with Supplier Quality to investigate NCMR trends and implement corrective/preventive actions for purchased parts.
- Collaborate with R&D and suppliers on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and part specifications.
- Drive cost reduction projects and capacity expansion initiatives in coordination with the Supply Chain team.
- Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of Supplier Engineers and technicians.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering with 8+ years of experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing technical teams.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings (GD&T) and basic working knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks).
- Experience with ISO9000, FDA QSR, and ISO13485 medical device standards.
- Extensive experience in root cause analysis and problem solving for technical and process issues.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
