What you will do

• Analyse purchase requests and process requisitions/orders in SAP/ERP, ensuring policy compliance and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier confirmations, address delays, and support negotiations on technical, commercial, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate import/export activities, including customs documentation, Incoterms, and clearance with forwarders.
• Manage supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation.
• Promote process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and prepare procurement reports.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers for seamless procurement and logistics.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably with negotiation.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP MM/PUR preferred).
• Technical education with commercial understanding or vice versa.
• Procurement/negotiation techniques, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong English and German communication skills.
