Junior Assembly Planner (Automotive)

What you will do

• Escort complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment, tools, and assembly systems focusing on general process planning.
• Analyze, conceive, and implement assembly structures and processes.
• Detect potentials for costing and F-time reduction and assure processes.
• Develop assembly and test processes and execute FMEAs.
• Develop technical RFQs for equipment and assembly tools, select, design, and source equipment.
• Manage projects including controlling, monitoring dates, and documenting defects.
• Participate in workshops, 3P process, and ramp-up workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Experience at an OEM
• Substantial experience in automotive assembly equipment planning and process planning (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance)
• Fluent English
• 3 month contract
