What you will do

• Supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians on the night shift to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime and maximize output.
• Troubleshoot complex malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of processing equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and mills.
• Manage spare parts inventory and document all maintenance activities within the CMMS.
• Collaborate with day shift teams and operations personnel to ensure smooth shift transitions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Randolph, MN.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in mining, processing, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and HMIs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical manuals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, push/pull 100 lbs, and work at varying heights.
