Salary: $85,000 - $102,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead and oversee quality improvement initiatives within hospitals across an assigned region.
- Manage a team of Quality Improvement Advisors (QIAs) to ensure effective technical assistance and goal achievement.
- Collaborate with state and regional leadership to standardize processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and implement partner engagement strategies to maintain strong relationships with national and regional partners.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for performance and compliance within the assigned setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, public health, Nursing, or a related field.
- Must reside in AK, MT, WY, ND, SD, UT, WA or a bordering state.
- Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, including Model for Improvement, PDSA cycles, and RCA.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, CMS quality measures, and accreditation standards.
- Ability to travel between 15% and 60% of the time.
Nice to have
- Licensed RN, LPN, MSW, or PHARMD.
- CPHQ certification or operational leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Minimum of 15 years of healthcare experience and 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
