What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies to build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Lead the matching process between candidates and host companies to ensure alignment between goals and opportunities.
• Manage the US J1 visa process and ensure full compliance with all immigration regulations and audit requirements.
• Oversee candidate onboarding, pre-departure processes, and overall participant welfare.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to align pipelines and ensure a smooth handover of candidates.
• Track recruitment and placement KPIs and provide detailed reports to the CEO Office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, programme management, or international education.
• Knowledge of US J1 visa processes.
• Proven experience in candidate-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.

• Experience managing international internships or mobility programmes.
• Familiarity with corporate compliance and audit processes.
