What you will do
- Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies to build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Lead the matching process between candidates and host companies to ensure alignment between goals and opportunities.
- Manage the US J1 visa process and ensure full compliance with all immigration regulations and audit requirements.
- Oversee candidate onboarding, pre-departure processes, and overall participant welfare.
- Collaborate with US-based teams to align pipelines and ensure a smooth handover of candidates.
- Track recruitment and placement KPIs and provide detailed reports to the CEO Office.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, programme management, or international education.
- Knowledge of US J1 visa processes.
- Proven experience in candidate-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management tools.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience managing international internships or mobility programmes.
- Familiarity with corporate compliance and audit processes.
