What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Looker.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design, optimize, and scale backend analytics infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end reporting for marketing channels and perform deep-dive funnel analysis (traffic to revenue).
• Configure and optimize GA4 tracking, event setup, and attribution, resolving discrepancies between platforms.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and experience with backend data pipelines.
• Professional experience in EdTech, SaaS, or performance marketing-driven businesses.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Experience working in agile environments alongside engineering teams.
