What you will do

• Lead implementations from pre-sales requirements to delivery and training.
• Design solutions through architecture artifacts and analysis with development teams.
• Present solutions and maintain technical discussions with customers.
• Create best practices and process efficiencies for projects.
• Develop business automation for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D on roadmap and feature definitions.

Requirements

• Advanced/Native English with excellent writing and communication skills
• 3+ years in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles with customers
• 3+ years managing and delivering technical projects
• 2+ years hands-on architecture with SaaS, Cloud, and API applications
• Strong project management skills for large-scale projects
• Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
• Creating SOWs and project artifacts
• 3rd party integrations (APIs)
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of data structures, reporting, databases
• Knowledge of DCO data feeds for personalized ads
• Agile methodologies
• Resource-Oriented API Modelling, GraphQL
• Software development (Node, Express, React)
