Location: Must be based in the United States. Preference for candidates near San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Denver, or New York.

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and build iOS app features that power the on-trail navigation experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners from design and product management.
• Identify and resolve software bugs to ensure app stability.
• Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code.
• Monitor system performance and address scaling issues.

Requirements

• Solid grasp of Swift and experience working in a modern iOS environment.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic knowledge of data persistence (CoreData or SQLite).
• 1–3 years of professional experience or several high-quality shipped projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep curiosity and a strong desire to be mentored by senior engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Objective-C.
• Knowledge of Mapping/GIS, Apple Watch development, or ARKit.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
