TL;DR
Staff Software Engineer (iOS): Building native iOS applications to reinvent the ultrasound user experience with an accent on software architecture, cross-functional integration, and medical imaging. Salary: $165,000 – $180,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Develop native iOS apps to modernize the ultrasound user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical professionals to create new medical imaging experiences.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and well-tested modern Swift code.
- Integrate cross-cutting features with hardware, cloud, machine learning, and imaging science teams.
- Mentor engineers at all levels and evolve the codebase architecture.
- Work with advanced technologies including deep learning applications and telemedicine.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of native mobile application development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and reactive framework design patterns.
- Strong grasp of XCTest unit testing and knowledge of UI automation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with Obj-C bridging layers and Swift Package Manager.
- Knowledge of graphics rendering and image processing (OpenGL, Vulkan).
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for collaboration with device software and imaging teams.
