What you will do

• Oversee visual design for accessibility and Section 508 compliance.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for user-friendly, responsive UIs incorporating user feedback.
• Plan and facilitate usability testing, analyze results, and recommend system changes.
• Support accessibility trainings, liaison events, and customer service for ICT complaints.
• Ensure 100% ICT systems testing for Section 508 compliance and meet SharePoint goals.
• Create project plans, style guides, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with Section 508-compliant designs, accessibility principles, usability testing, and inclusive design.
• Ability to collaborate with UX, IT, marketing, and communications teams.
• Strong attention to detail for visual standards, style guides, and documentation.
