What you will do

• Build and improve infrastructure for high performance of core mobile products serving 10M+ users.
• Translate business goals into technical milestones and actionable roadmaps, ensuring on-schedule delivery of high-quality features.
• Develop bug management strategies, including rapid-response workflows and architectural improvements to reduce technical debt.
• Embed agentic AI tools into development lifecycle for automated testing, faster builds, and better code quality.
• Lead and mentor a global team of engineers, including offshore members, setting cultural and professional standards.
• Design engineering workflows balancing speed and stability, collaborating cross-functionally with product managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in people management
• Track record leading teams scaling B2C products to 10M+ users
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams, developing talent and engineering culture
• Deep expertise in mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android) and supporting infrastructure at scale
• Proven embedding agentic AI into SDLC, improving velocity and code reliability
• Exceptional communication for stakeholders and distributed teams; strong cross-functional collaboration
