AI Mentor (EdTech): Supporting professionals in the AI Champion Apprenticeship Programme to implement AI technologies across their organizations with an accent on professional mentoring and technical guidance. Focus on conducting assessments, developing project portfolios, and preparing learners for End Point Assessments.

Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to the London office)

What you will do

• Mentor professionals to identify and implement AI technologies to improve business efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments against Apprenticeship Standards.
• Guide learners in developing and producing high-quality project portfolios.
• Prepare apprentices for the End Point Assessment and Gateway entry.
• Collaborate with the Faculty team on content development and learner support tickets.
• Provide regular feedback and technical support to learners and the Learner Success Team.

Requirements

• Practical experience with modern AI and data tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power BI, or ChatGPT.
• Experience mentoring, teaching, or coaching professionals in an organizational development or apprenticeship context.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience leading business change initiatives or embedding digital tools into team workflows.
• Educational background in an AI-related field.
