What you will do

  • Provide onsite technical support, including installation and troubleshooting of PCs, hardware, software, and network equipment.
  • Resolve support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage them through completion.
  • Travel to multiple client facilities within the Orlando region for incidents, projects, and assessments.
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding service requests and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset records using IT Glue.
  • Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field services or IT support.
  • Must be based in or able to travel within the Orlando, FL region.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, basic Linux, and Microsoft 365/Office products.
  • Fundamental networking knowledge and basic familiarity with Windows Server, Azure, AWS, and WVD.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Nice to have

  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications.
  • Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT.
