What you will do

• Conduct competitive research, stakeholder discovery, and analytics reviews to understand business and audience goals.
• Develop architectural foundations for large-scale websites, including detailed sitemaps and content outlines.
• Translate architecture into Figma-based wireframes to bring website structures to life.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure a seamless transition from strategy to production.
• Lead client consultations, presenting strategic thought processes and incorporating feedback into deliverables.
• Uphold industry best practices for SEO, UI design, and digital marketing within the website strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in website-focused UX, preferably in an agency setting.
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to conduct research and translate findings into sitemaps and wireframes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills for direct client collaboration.
• Baseline understanding of waterfall and agile processes.
• Ability to work on the Eastern time zone.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Drupal, Wordpress, or Shopify platforms.
