What you will do

• Design and deploy solutions to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines following DevSecOps best practices.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and security scanning mechanisms.
• Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortems to prevent incident recurrence through code-driven solutions.
• Automate manual processes to improve system performance and response times.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and after-hours emergency support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or reliability-focused roles.
• Location: Must be based in LATAM.
• Strong experience with AWS in scalable and highly available environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Experience managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
