What you will do

• Perform in-depth SEO audits and provide scalable optimization recommendations for various websites.
• Create and execute custom SEO strategies for enterprise and Fortune 500 brands.
• Activate technical and on-page initiatives directly within CMS backends.
• Develop comprehensive content strategies based on keyword research, competitor review, and gap analysis.
• Analyze KPIs and organic search metrics to adjust strategies and ensure growth.
• Communicate strategic visions and SEO recommendations directly to client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of SEO experience in an agency environment.
• Must be based in the US (Remote in approved states or onsite in Boston).
• Expert proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, and ScreamingFrog.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including troubleshooting website tracking.
• Proficiency with WordPress, Shopify, and building reports in Google Data Studio.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team.

Nice to have

• Online Reputation Management (ORM) experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of script compression and minification.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Conductor/DeepCrawl.
