Senior DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt (IaC).
• Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including node group management and autoscaling with Karpenter.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines via GitLab CI to ensure fast and secure delivery.
• Drive observability initiatives using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tooling for metrics and alerting.
• Support and evolve Kafka infrastructure in collaboration with backend engineering teams.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling (GitHub Copilot, LLM-based automation) to increase productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale production environments.
• Deep proficiency in AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC) and multi-account EKS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes internals (CNI, RBAC, Affinity/Taints).
• Proven ability to scale infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt with modular patterns.
• Expertise in designing secure GitLab CI pipelines and managing Helm charts.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
