What you will do

• Build and maintain testnets and test automation for Monad blockchain components
• Prototype deployment patterns across validator and full-node topologies
• Design and run performance benchmarks and load tests to identify bottlenecks
• Drive observability, alerting, and security across the stack
• Define best practices for node operators and provide support
• Develop tooling for internal and external use
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• 2+ years DevOps experience at RPC provider, validator company, or L1 blockchain
• 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management (Terraform, Ansible)
• 2+ years with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficient in bare metal server management and scripting
• Proficient in Python or Go
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience including Helm and GitOps (FluxCD, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions)
• Strong experience with AWS (preferred)
• Experience with network setup, observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
