TL;DR

Salary: $175,000 - $190,000

What you will do

  • Drive technical vision and architecture for core systems and platform.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on vendor features and platform strategy.
  • Lead complex feature development and deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide larger projects as primary point of contact.
  • Plan, scope, and document architecture for scalability challenges.
  • Debug, problem-solve, and communicate technical ideas clearly.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
  • 7+ years full-stack web development experience.
  • 4+ years with relational databases.
  • Experience leading projects, architecture documentation, and mentoring.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and scalability expertise.
  • Proactive curiosity about systems and business context.
