What you will do

• Collaborate with Directors and clients to translate creative visions into actionable production plans and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end pre-production, including script review, trend research, and comprehensive production breakdowns (casting, locations, crewing).
• Oversee production execution, maintaining daily schedules and ensuring compliance with copyright laws and union agreements.
• Lead project management tasks, tracking progress and coordinating team resource schedules to optimize workflows.
• Participate in pitch presentations and contribute to digital marketing strategies for shoot productions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in creative operations and project management.

• Proficiency in shoot production across multiple formats and genres.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for collaborating with clients and teams.
