What you will do

• Own social video strategy and develop scalable formats for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive views, engagement, and shareability.
• Lead hands-on creation, editing, and publishing of high-performing short-form video content while maintaining editorial standards.
• Pioneer AI tools and workflows to accelerate production, unlock creative formats, and increase efficiency across teams.
• Own performance metrics, monetization strategies, and optimization based on data for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with editorial, video, commercial, and platform teams to repurpose content and maximize distribution.
• Set best practices, upskill teams, and establish scalable processes for video innovation and output.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in video content, social video, or digital media production
• Proven success scaling video on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook with understanding of algorithms and trends
• Hands-on video editing and production experience
• Experience with AI tools in content workflows
• Data-driven mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
