What you will do

• Develop and execute content strategies for YouTube channels aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full production cycle from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing.
• Analyze performance metrics including views, retention, and conversions to optimize content.
• Collaborate with hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and marketers to ensure high quality.
• Explore and experiment with new video formats and growth hypotheses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and SEO principles.
• Proven experience producing successful video content end-to-end.
• Proficiency in scripting, visuals, and video production processes.
• Experience managing creative teams, freelancers, and contractors.
• English proficiency sufficient for working with scripts and international content.
