What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts to translate business priorities into clear targets.
• Own management reporting for leadership and the Board, including P&L, cash flow, and performance analysis.
• Drive capital efficiency by overseeing cash planning, treasury operations, and spending discipline.
• Strengthen accounting and close processes to ensure audit readiness and robust internal controls.
• Build a scalable finance function and lead the implementation of the finance tech stack (e.g., NetSuite).
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in finance, accounting, or FP&A, including senior leadership experience (CFO, VP, or Head of Finance) in a growing tech/product environment.
• Strong command of business-model drivers and financial metrics.
• Proven track record of building and scaling finance processes and systems.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles and audit processes.
• Experience with subscription/usage-based revenue recognition and international operations.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) or equivalent experience.
