What you will do

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to understand strategic supply chain challenges.
  • Execute scheduled business reviews and report on quantifiable outcomes such as ROI and inventory targets.
  • Partner with Professional Services to guide customers through onboarding and lead training sessions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to proactively manage churn and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate with technical support and engineering to resolve critical issues and implement escalation protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Planning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a track record of meeting retention goals.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and data analytics tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participating employer).

  • Technical savviness to deeply understand the product and guide users effectively.
