What you will do

• Research and develop proof-of-concepts using innovative AI technologies to drive business innovation.
• Build and scale production-ready agentic systems and LLM workflows, including RAG and tool orchestration.
• Develop secure, stable, and maintainable code while optimizing resource usage (CPU, memory, database).
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement pragmatic solutions for complex problems.
• Participate in team design, scoping, prioritization, and rigorous code review processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of relevant software engineering work experience.
• Experience building production-ready agentic systems or workflows using LLMs.
• Expertise in at least one high-level language such as Python, JS, Java, or .NET.
• Fullstack experience designing highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
