Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect and evolve the personalization and data platform using Go microservices and React/TypeScript.
• Build RAG pipelines, semantic search, and LLM-powered features including vector stores and evaluation loops.
• Design and ship multi-agent systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom orchestration.
• Implement AI-driven developer tooling to automate toil (test generation, PR summaries) and improve team productivity.
• Define AI engineering standards for prompt engineering, context management, and eval frameworks.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on AI-native software development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Expertise in TypeScript and production-grade Go.
• Strong experience with React and modern frontend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude preferred), prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
• Solid understanding of RAG architecture (vector stores, chunking, embedding models).
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-step tool-calling agents or orchestration pipelines (LangChain, CrewAI).
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and building MCP servers.
• Experience with code intelligence (AST parsing, static analysis).
• Familiarity with eval frameworks like RAGAS, LangSmith, or Braintrust.
• Background in event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS).
