What you will do

• Design and develop the core architecture of a next-generation SaaS AI Customer Service Agent.
• Implement full-stack features, optimizing modules for decision-making, task scheduling, and multimodal data processing.
• Integrate various external APIs to connect internal and external data sources.
• Optimize agent usability, stability, and scalability based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to drive rapid iteration and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Python or Go.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks related to Agent development.
• English: Fluency required for daily work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI-driven development tools such as Cursor.
• Experience developing Agent systems, automation frameworks, or secondary development on Dify or Coze.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
• Previous management experience.
