Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote or Hybrid in Warsaw). Working hours: Flexible start between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM CET/CEST.

What you will do

• Develop robust backend APIs and modern, responsive frontends to support the flow of millions of products.
• Take full ownership of User Experience (UX) to ensure high-quality and frictionless user journeys.
• Embrace AI-first engineering by using tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and data scientists to turn vision into working software.
• Monitor and improve services to ensure scalability and performance under global e-commerce traffic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python and commercial experience with React.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and state management using Redux.
• Habitual use of AI-native workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Knowledge of TDD, clean code, and scalable web architectures.
• Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, S3) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good written and spoken English for working in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Contributions to Open Source projects.
• Knowledge of JavaScript build tools (Webpack) and the yarn ecosystem.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo, ElasticSearch) and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, CQRS, or DDD.
• Expertise in cybersecurity topics.
