What you will do

• Support multiple clients and software systems managing various charts of accounts.
• Perform transaction coding and categorization using QuickBooks Online.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules for payroll, prepaids, and accruals.
• Review balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Complete month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and implementing accounting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or financial services experience.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
