What you will do

• Lead operations for business development, accreditation, and qualification and assessment development.
• Develop detailed project implementation plans, defining scope, deliverables, milestones, and success indicators.
• Engage and collaborate with ministries, vocational training institutions, industry partners, and international agencies.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and consultants to deliver expected outcomes.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) mechanisms to track progress and inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Education Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience managing development or education-related projects.
• Proven experience working with donor-funded or government-partnered programs.
• English and Arabic: C1 proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile Project Management.
