What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple AI and data science projects from planning and execution to delivery and optimization.

• Coordinate workflows between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and key deliverables.
• Collaborate with tech leads to ensure the quality and scalability of implemented AI tools.
• Prepare executive-level project updates, risk assessments, and progress reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in tech.
• 1-2 years of experience managing AI/data science or software engineering teams.
• Proficiency with agile project management platforms such as ClickUp or Jira.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data science processes, and software development practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Technical literacy in data engineering, analytics, or software development.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
