Location: Must be located within or near the state of Virginia; requires local travel (up to 80%) and occasional overnight trips.

What you will do

• Lead professional learning sessions both virtually and onsite at schools across Virginia for teachers and school leaders.
• Guide educators through the implementation and best practices of hirify.global digital solutions to enhance instruction.
• Help teachers personalize learning and utilize student performance data effectively for instructional decision-making.
• Manage dynamic scheduling and travel between sites during peak implementation seasons (July–October).
• Deliver high-quality onboarding and ongoing support to ensure successful tool adoption in districts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience (math preferred, grades 6–12 ideal).
• Experience leading professional development, instructional coaching, or training sessions for educators.
• Technical proficiency with LMS (Canvas, Schoology, Google Classroom), EdTech platforms, and video conferencing tools.
• Ability to analyze student data and guide educators in data-driven practices.
• Must be located within or near the state of Virginia.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel (up to 80%) and potential air travel/overnight trips.

Nice to have

• Prior experience using hirify.global in a classroom or district setting.
• Familiarity with 2023 Virginia Standards of Learning for Mathematics (SOLs) for grades 6–12.
• Experience supporting district- or school-level EdTech implementations.
• Experience working with multilingual learners, students with disabilities, or advanced academic populations.
