TL;DR

Helpdesk Analyst (IT Support): Providing first-level technical assistance and support to end-users across hardware, software, and network environments with an accent on M365 and system usability. Focus on diagnosing technical issues, managing support requests via ticketing systems, and promoting Information Security best practices.

Location: Hybrid; open to candidates across the U.S.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support across hardware, software, and network environments.
  • Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues using a ticketing system to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Promote IT and Information Security best practices and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
  • Configure and maintain end-user systems, applications, and devices for optimal performance.
  • Provide guidance, training, and documentation to users to improve system adoption and reduce recurring issues.
  • Support IT asset lifecycle management, including tracking and optimization of hardware and software resources.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a Helpdesk Analyst, IT Support, or similar role.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or similar.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management practices.
