TL;DR

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues using a ticketing system to ensure timely outcomes.
- Promote IT and Information Security best practices and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
- Configure and maintain end-user systems, applications, and devices for optimal performance.
- Provide guidance, training, and documentation to users to improve system adoption and reduce recurring issues.
- Support IT asset lifecycle management, including tracking and optimization of hardware and software resources.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Helpdesk Analyst, IT Support, or similar role.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or similar.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management practices.
