What you will do

• Structure engineering workstreams and ensure efficient project execution and steady development velocity.
• Provide technical guidance, contribute to key architecture discussions, and evaluate system design trade-offs.
• Scale the engineering team by recruiting high-quality engineers across the US, Europe, and China.
• Coordinate with product, research, and leadership teams to resolve organizational and technical bottlenecks.
• Ensure high engineering standards and translate product direction into clear execution.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams.
• Ability to maintain development velocity and structure complex engineering work.
• Strong technical judgment and clear communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Must be based in the United States for hybrid work.
