What you will do

  • Define long-term architecture for systems, infrastructure, and the developer platform.
  • Guide key decisions regarding AI model integration, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
  • Build and scale a world-class engineering organization across key talent hubs in the US and China.
  • Establish engineering culture, development practices, and technical standards across the company.
  • Translate product direction into clear technical execution in collaboration with product and research teams.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation in system architecture and large-scale distributed architecture.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions and handle trade-offs in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
  • Must be based in the United States to support the hybrid work model.
