What you will do

  • Support the CEO on China launch priorities, including scheduling, preparation, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Establish the China office from scratch, managing vendor coordination and local administrative processes.
  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring partners to support early-stage talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate workstreams across HR, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and materials for meetings and business partnerships.
  • Handle urgent ad-hoc tasks and execution needs with speed and strong judgment.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, executive support, startup operations, or business coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and work closely with senior leadership.
  • Confidence in engaging external stakeholders such as recruiters and vendors.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to execute independently without a predefined playbook.
  • Familiarity with the China business environment (vendors, hiring landscape, admin processes) is a plus.
