Corporate Accounting Analyst (Oracle)

What you will do

• Manage intercompany transactions and rebillings according to transfer price agreements.
• Support quarterly consolidation processes and initiate settlements to avoid aged balances.
• Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of US Corporate balances to identify and resolve variances.
• Collaborate with the US HR Benefits team to forecast and analyze US Fringe rates.
• Prepare external financial reports ensuring compliance with reporting standards and deadlines.
• Assist with interim and year-end audits and support ad hoc special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, intercompany processes, and consolidation procedures.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Fusion).
• Must be based in the Philippines; no visa sponsorship is available.
